Terms and Conditions

By using Voxels Extension, you agree to the terms outlined below.

  1. General:

    Voxels is a Chrome extension designed to enhance a player's experience on pixels.xyz, strictly following all Pixels Terms of Service and rules, and using minimal permissions for functionality within your browser.

  2. Exploits:

    A player may not take advantage of any bugs found or exploit any service of Voxels. Such actions will lead to a permanent exclusion from using Voxels and participating in Voxels Seasons.

  3. Racism, Hate Speech, and Inappropriate Behavior:

    Racism, hate speech, harassment, or any other form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Engaging in such behavior will result in immediate exclusion from using Voxels.

  4. Premium:

    Voxels Premium is linked to one Pixels account and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Sharing your premium access with others or making premium-only features publicly available will result in a permanent exclusion from Voxels.

  5. Voxels guild:

    All eligible shard holders will receive 1 Voxels premium pass every month. Eligible shard holders are players who bought the shard themselves or players who have held a transfered shard for a minimum period of 1 month.

  6. Voxels Seasons:

    Voxels Seasons are tournament competitions in which Voxels users can win a share of the prize pool. Any rules related to Voxels Seasons, as well as the prize, can be changed by us at any time. Should a player be found guilty of using unfair advantages (botting, automation etc.) they will be indefinitely excluded from Voxels Seasons. Players require premium by the end of the season to be eligible.

  7. Pixels Terms:

    Players that are using game mods must remain compliant with community Rules and guidelines. Players found in violation of these guidelines risk the possibility of permanent banning from the game, which could result in losing access to the tokens stored within it. Voxels is not associated with nor endorsed by Banger Inc. or Pixels.

  8. Data Usage:

    Voxels collects game-related data necessary to provide extension functionality and improve features. This data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing or resale purposes.
